"Barracuda" is a creamy baby blue, a very basic color.
I really dislike the formula of this polish. I usually stay away from this Complete Salon Manicure by Sally Hansen because I despise how the brush collects so much polish and how difficult it is to scrape off, but for this particular bottle, I hate what's inside as well. The formula was very, very streaky. I have on 3 coats below, and even then you can still see streaks.

I don't own many baby blue polishes, so I don't have much to compare it to. But for those familiar with Essie's "Borrowed and Blue," you can see how Sally Hansen "Barracuda" is more of a medium-light blue, as opposed to the pale Essie polish.
Rather disappointing purchase. Nice color, but I don't know if I'll wear it often knowing I'll need 4 coats to get a decent finish.

Free hand black stripes on white polish =). I got complimented today so I think I probably did a decent job.

I actually really like the Sally Hansen brushes, but it's a shame you didn't like the formula on this one, it's such a gorgeous colour! Currently nothing on my nails because I've some serious filing to do after a break :/
