NOTD: Orly "Rage"

Today nail post is for Orly's "Rage." I was unsure if I had ever done a notd for this polish, and I don't think I actually have. I have done many comparison posts for it, but no singular post. I think the camera I use now is slightly better anyway.

Orly's "Rage," is a rose-y silver foil polish. I hesitate when calling it a "rose gold" because it is definitely much cooler than the color that's known as a true rose gold.

Orly "Glowstick"

The weather here in California is as stubborn as always. It looked like we were going to start Autumn a few weeks ago, but we seem to have a few more hot summer days left. Yesterday was even mentioned as the hottest day of the year. While I'm looking forward to the change in weather, I will miss the longer summer days, and the fun, bright colors that come with it.

So today's nail of the day will probably be the last neon I will be sporting til next summer. Orly's "Glowstick" is a fluorescent yellow with a hint of green that closely resembles the color of your classic yellow highlighter.

Battle of the Rose Gold Polishes

Today I have for you a nail polish battle for one of my personal favorite colors to sport, rose gold. The polishes I will compare are Orly's "Rage," Deborah Lippmann's "Glamorous Life," and Essie's "Penny Talk."

Orly "Fancy Fuchsia"

Today's nail post is another bright pink for summer. Orly's "Fancy Fuchsia," as you can probably guess from it's name is fuchsia color. "Fancy Fuchsia" is unique in its vibrant quality, falling just short of being neon.

Orly "Rage" & Essie "A Cut Above"

After wearing shade after shade of different cream colors, I was craving something with glitter. Today's notd combination of Orly "Rage" and Essie "A Cut Above" is satisfying that craving.
